Maxine delivers our safeguarding training at Clarion, this complements a range of training linked to Safeguarding we deliver. Maxine delivers excellent sessions, making them informative, interesting, and really allowing staff to be involved when learning - developing their skills, practice and professionalism – this training approach allows us to have confidence in our work with residents at risk and builds on our continual improvement to the development of our workforce skills in Clarion.
